Avocado and tomato and lox and tomato on Eli's Health Bread. This is the first time I've tried Eli's bread and I bought it at Fairway. I tried really hard to avoid bread, and by tried really hard, I meant I spent a few minutes in the store staring at the loaves of bread, willing myself not to buy one. But since I can't stay away from it, I thought I would try a healthier route, and it's really really good. It's whole grains mixed with sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds and it's very thick and hearty. I like the crunch that comes from it without even having to toast it. Also, those are actually salmon "end bits" because it was cheaper than buying the real packages of lox. Tastes just as good to me.
