kale pasta round 2

I wanted to give my kale another chance. This time I had a lot of left over butternut squash soup and I wasn't really in the mood for more soup. So instead, I used it as a sort of sauce, which was a great idea. It was very creamy and the sweetness was a nice balance to the kale, which I enjoyed much more this time. My only mistake was that I added a bit too much salt, whoops.
