baked sweet potato fries


These are so easy to make, just cut them up fry shaped, toss them in some olive oil and salt, and bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes, flip the fries, and bake for another 10-15 minutes. That sort of gross looking green blob is my attempt at making a pesto-mayo dip, and it tasted great.
