carnitas, beans, rice, tortillas, chips, variations on salsaI forgot how nice it is to have a variety of food to choose from. So far my "Welcome Back to America: A Food Journey" is going well. Next on my list is hombow, Indian food, salmon skin rools, and banh mi.

I had Mexican tonight. Mexican food in Australia just doesn't seem to have the same authenticity as in America.
