I have/had mice. And so I haven't really been making that much food, but here are 2 things that I made when I wasn't at my house/thought the Jerrys were gone.

This is nacho heaven. Layers of chips and cheese, with spicy chicken chili, refried beans, olives, homemade guacamole, homemade pico de gallo, sour cream. Obviously I was too excited to eat to take good pictures.

I went over to Gianna's to make pumpkin pie, but I couldn't stay to eat the pie. It was really really terrible. We had leftover graham cracker crust crumble, and I had the genius idea of topping the pie with it. We put it on when the pie started to firm up so the crumbs wouldn't sink to the bottom. I heard it was amazing.
