ramen

This is ramen from Minca and it's the best. Ugh, it's so good, I just want to fall into a never ending bowl of it. This one is the Minca Sio, which has pork (that is like butter), egg, scallions, mushrooms...I think...some other root-y vegetables, scallions...it was the greatest.

laziest sunday lunch

This is the most productive thing I have done all weekend. Roast beef, brie, caramelized onions and bell peppers, arugula w/ mayo and whole grain mustard!

I was on the phone with my mom today and she was busy making food for some church group she's in. She said "Too bad you can't have any. I have to go. Bye!" Then, as I was eating some soggy french fries for dinner, I got an e-mail from my dad with no explanation and just these pictures. Then I realized I probably won't be living at home ever again and saw my future filled with microwavable starch. Life on the outside is rough
